there is the sun on the Chugach at dusk. around 4 pm. it is good to be home, among snow and friends and the warm winter light. of course, there's the nagging thought that home is no longer home, that i've been away too long this time...friends change, buy houses, have babies, get married, have new partners...and i am somehow suspended within it all. watching. walking.

We are here with Dionisio Martinez who was one of the 149 people who were taken away by the Federal Preventive Police [PFP] on the 25th of November in Oaxaca's central district and transferred to the maximum security prison Cerefeso in the state of Nayarit. Dionisio was released on Sunday, December 15, 2006.
